    • Clear definition of Council’s, other resource partners and the community’s role in the development of facilities
    • Identification of gaps in provision of recreation facilities and appropriate location for identified gaps, whether within existing reserve or elsewhere.

    Outputs will include:

    • Establish capital works priorities for the next 10 years including timelines and cost estimates / Quantity Surveyor reports
    • High-level conceptual plans for proposed works

    • What would encourage greater use of the park?
    • What are the issues, challenges and opportunities that the master plan needs to address?
    • What are the key priorities for maintenance and development?
