Mornington Peninsula RW Stone Reserve Master Plan and Bike Park Concept
The Mornington Peninsula Shire have engaged @leisure to provide a master plan and a bike park concept for RW Stone Reserve, Somers. The project requires:
- Preparation of a set of context plans for the entire reserve that considers strategic context, existing condition including services and site conditions, oppurtunities and constraints and a review.
- Prepare a Concept Plan for a Bike Park in RW Stone Reserve
- Prepare a report linking to the context plans that includes the strategic context, the existing infrastructure, the site oppurtunities and constraints, bike park recommendations including a concept plan and an implementation plan including cost estimates.
