Moira Yarrawonga Showgrounds and Victoria Park Master Plan

Moira Shire Council have engaged @leisure Planners to prepare a Master Plan for the Yarrawonga Showgrounds and Victoria Park.
Following a review of current usage, potential demand and consultation with existing user groups and the local community, @leisure will:

• Complete a Site Analysis
• Develop a preliminary concept drawing for review
• Provide recommendations with suggested timeframes for implementation and cost estimates
• Submit a draft master plan to exhibit for stakeholder and public comment
• Submit final master plan with approved site layout plan and proposed developments

Project update - December 2021

The Site Analysis, Stakeholder Consultation and Design Concept/Master Plan have all been completed and the completion of the Master Plan is currently taking place.
