• Buloke Birchip Recreation Reserve Master Plan

    Buloke Shire Council require a Masterplan to be developed for the Birchip Recreation Reserve.

    The project aim is to develop a Masterplan for the Birchip Recreation Reserve, which provides the Buloke Shire Council with: 

    • Clear guidelines regarding the level and standard of sporting facilities at Buloke Recreation Reserve that Council should provide for residents
    • A four to twelve year costed strategy for the development and future provision of sporting facilities within the recreation reserve
    • Clear priorities and standards for the maintenance and development of infrastructure upon the sporting reserve
    • Clear definition of Council’s, other resource partners and the community’s role in the development of facilities
    • Identification of gaps in provision of recreation facilities and appropriate location for identified gaps, whether within existing reserve or elsewhere. 

    Outputs will include:

    • Establish capital works priorities for the next 10 years including timelines and cost estimates / Quantity Surveyor reports 
    • High-level conceptual plans for proposed works 
    • Action plans for implementation 
    • Strategic business plan 
    • Final Masterplan

    Project update - February 2022

    The project inception meeting has taken place. Dates for stakeholder interviews, a staff workshop and a community survey will be confirmed this month.
