Their expertise in consulting with small communities as well as the larger residential pockets of our municipality has ensured that all voices are heard and has moved Council in the right direction to assist our communities to strengthen and develop. They have a commitment to delivering quality reports in line with industry standards and have assisted us in the development of aquatic facility technical reports, playground strategies and Recreation Plans. @leisure have a dedicated in house team of staff that make it a pleasure to work with in person, over the phone and via the internet. "Mary Jeavons and her staff worked with us in a creative way to interpret our ideas and needs, resulting in an imaginative, motivating and multidimensional playground for children with physical difficulties."

"Sinclair Knight Merz recently completed construction documentation for Puckapunyal Child Care Centre utilising the consultant services of Mary Jeavons Landscape Architects. MJLA 's design ideas and quality of work were an important element of the design. The quality of their work as well as their ability to respond to the tight programming issues and the difficult budgetary requirements was exceptional. Most importantly, the design advice and assistance MJLA were able to offer SKM due to their previous experience on similar projects added significant value to the overall design and the clients operational requirements."
Alison McKechnie, Architect, Sinclair Knight Merz
"I first met Mary Jeavons in 1995. I had an idea to build the best community playground in Australia, in Shepparton Victoria. Mary and her colleague, architect Paul Gardiner agreed to provide the design drawings and when the committee first saw the final result we were amazed and excited. The playground has been built (in stages) and now rates as one of the best in Australia and attracts over 150,000 people a year. A major factor in its success is its design. The play areas are unique, creative and practical. They encourage children to play physically, imaginatively and creatively. The playground also meets the needs of parents which encourages them to bring their children to the playground regularly. Issues of shade, seating, shelter, safety and supervision were all incorporated very successfully. Mary was so professional and easy to work with during the whole design process from children submitting their own designs, to talking with parents and working with the playground committee. As project manager of SPC Ardmona KidsTown Adventure Playground I would highly recommend Mary and her team to design your playground."
